We always aim to dispatch your order by next working day, so you can usually expect delivery within 3 to 5 working days – if you live overseas this may take a little longer depending on your country.

In order to ensure your order reaches you safely, we require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for this, a note will be posted in your letter box with details of where you can collect your goods from your local depot. Shipments are sent in waterproof discreet packaging.

We offer Free UK Delivery for orders over £70. All items that are in stock will always be dispatched on the next working day.
Gift Box - £3.50
If you have selected the Gift Box option along with your delivery option in the shopping bag page, we will wrap your order in deep pink tissue paper and enclose in a silver or pink gift box finished with ribbon. Please do not include the gift box with any returns.
Returns Guarantee - Free Exchanges and Refunds
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange or refund the cost of the goods- provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact within 28 days from date of dispatch.
Returns Guarantee - Sale Items
We can offer an exchange of any other product on our websute for any sale items if returned to us within 10 days. Sale items are non-refundable.
Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.Gift boxes and delivery costs are non-refundable.
Please note: We can not accept returns of strings for hygienic reasons.
How to Return
In order for us to receive your returns, please notify us of the return by sending an email to returns@brasandhoney.com stating your order number so we know to expect this. Should you require a replacement, please provide the relevant product code and size on the returns note packed with your order. We also advise to obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when returning goods.
The customer carries the responsibility to ensure that items are returned to us without damage, unworn and with all labels intact. See terms and conditions for more details on returns policy.
Free UK Exchanges
If you have requested a replacement we will dispatch this to you on the next working day if the item is in stock. Otherwise we will inform you of availability and estimated time of delivery. You will not be charged for this re-delivery within the UK. If you have requested replacements of a higher value, any difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order.
If you have requested a refund or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed. Please note that we are unable to offer credit notes.
Half Price Delivery - For exchanges and additional deliveries outside UK
If you have requested a replacement and live outside the UK we will send an exchange or additional shipments to you at half the delivery cost. We will contact you for this additional payment to take over the phone alternatively send you a link to make a secure payment online for the outstanding value.
Gift Boxes should not be included with any returns as this will increase the returns cost.
